DH2009 Wrap-Up

Digital Humanities 2009 is wrapping up with announcements of next year’s conference — to be held at King’s College, London — and a panel discussion with a range of funders from the U.S., Canada, and Europe. It’s been a full three and a half days, and many of us are moving on from here to THATcamp at the Center for History and New Media at George Mason.

DH09 has been a fabulous (if mildly exhausting) experience, and I feel as though I’m walking away — or heading to Fairfax — with a greatly expanded range of ideas for how MediaCommons might develop from here. Now to work!
