There are parts of this advice, though, that I'd completely forgotten about, and to which I think I need to return as I begin revising... I originally received this review shortly after it was written, when I was in the midst of drafting the book.  (Chapter 1 was pretty much fully drafted, at that point, as was an article that grew into chapter 3.)  Many of the suggestions here were of great help as I structured the work I still had ahead of me.
